Last updated: May 2026

In short

  • This platform is for Erasmus+ coordinators at centers in the M&D Europe network.
  • Access is by invitation. If your center is not in the network and you'd like to join, write to us.
  • By using the platform, you commit to doing so professionally and honestly.
  • The platform facilitates coordination between centers, but it does not replace the formal Erasmus+ agreements between the institutions.
  • For anything: info@erasmusarts.eu.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing and using the erasmusarts.eu platform (hereinafter, «the platform») you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all registered users, including coordinators and administrators.

2. Description of the Service

erasmusarts.eu is a coordination platform for music and dance education centers participating in the M&D Europe network within the Erasmus+ programme. The platform allows centers to: • Maintain an institutional profile with their mobility offer. • Publish mobility opportunities aimed at other centers in the network. • Send and receive direct mobility proposals between centers. • Negotiate the terms of mobilities through messages between coordinators. • Record the mobilities agreed between the institutions. The platform is a coordination tool between centers. The personal data of the students and teaching staff who ultimately take part in the mobilities is not handled on this platform — it is handled locally at each center using independent tools.

3. Access Requirements

Access to the platform is restricted to: • Accredited Erasmus+ coordinators at centers belonging to the M&D Europe network. • Platform administrative staff (administrators). Registration requires a prior invitation sent by a platform administrator. By registering, you confirm that you act in your professional capacity as the authorised representative of the institution you belong to. If your center wishes to join the network, you can write to us at info@erasmusarts.eu.

4. Account and Credentials

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. In particular: • Do not share your credentials with third parties. • Notify us immediately if you suspect that someone has accessed your account without authorisation. • Sign out when you finish using the platform from shared devices. Each center should have a single coordinator with an active account on the platform. If the person who acts as Erasmus+ coordinator at your center changes, contact an administrator to manage the transition.

5. Use Obligations

By using the platform, you commit to: • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about yourself and your institution. • Use the platform exclusively for legitimate purposes related to coordinating Erasmus+ mobilities. • Treat other users with professional respect in all communications. • Comply with applicable European Union and national law, including data protection rules. • Not attempt to access areas or features of the platform that you are not authorised to use. • Not use the platform to spread offensive, discriminatory, illegal or unrelated content.

6. Intellectual Property

The platform software, its design, structure and original graphic elements are the property of the consortium of the Erasmus+ project «MUSIC AND DANCE FOR EUROPE 2.0». The Erasmus+ name and the official emblems of the European Union are protected under the corresponding regulations. Institutional content provided by the centers (center profile, opportunity descriptions, messages between coordinators) remains the intellectual property of the institution that contributes it. By submitting content to the platform, you grant it a non-exclusive licence to display and use that content for the sole purpose of operating the platform and providing the service described.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided as a coordination tool between centers. While we strive to ensure availability and accuracy of the service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for: • The outcome of the mobility agreements reached through the platform. The platform facilitates communication between centers, but the formal agreements and their execution are the sole responsibility of the institutions involved. • The decisions taken by individual institutions regarding the selection of participants in their mobilities. • Technical interruptions attributable to third parties (hosting providers, connectivity, etc.) or force majeure events. • The personal data of students and teaching staff at the centers, which is handled locally at each center and is not the responsibility of this platform. The platform does not in any case replace the formal Erasmus+ agreements between the institutions, or the obligations each center has under the Erasmus+ programme and to the competent national authorities (in Spain, SEPIE).

8. Changes to the Service and the Terms

We reserve the right to modify the platform's functionality and these Terms of Use when necessary. If we introduce substantial changes to these terms, we will notify you by email at the address associated with your account before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The «Last updated» date at the top of this document always reflects the current version.

9. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that breach these Terms of Use, make improper use of the platform, or jeopardise the security or purpose of the service. Where possible, we will notify you before any suspension and give you the opportunity to remedy the situation, except in cases of serious breach or immediate risk. You may request the cancellation of your account at any time by writing to info@erasmusarts.eu. Cancellation will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy regarding data retention.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by and interpreted in accordance with European Union law and Spanish law, where the project's coordinating entity is based. For any dispute arising from use of the platform, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sevilla, Spain, without prejudice to the rights of the user under their applicable national law.
